Mr. Gould founded Excel Construction in 1983 after having worked at Pacific for a number of years. Working in the field as both a Journeyman Carpenter and Foreman, Mr. Gould was able to acquire a fundamental understanding of the commercial construction industry specific to Alaska’s unique environmental challenges that would pay dividends as his company grew over the next 30 years. Throughout Excel Construction’s history Mr. Gould has worn many hats; Superintendent, Project Manager, Chief Estimator, Operations Manager, CFO, the list goes on and on. |
